With 20+ years of experience in sales leadership, coaching, team development, and behavioral interview training, Heath partners with CEOs, HR leaders, and business owners to build emotionally intelligent, high-performing teams.

He spent over a decade working with ZERORISK™ HR, becoming an expert in the ZERORISK™ profile and the science of axiology. Heath has trained thousands of leaders on how to hire smarter, lead stronger, and retain the best using best practices and validated tools.

His work spans a variety of industries—including construction, tech, education, and government—with clients such as MADD, the State of Wisconsin, and Aaron’s Rent-A-Center.

Heath is an active member of Fort Worth HR, Dallas HR, and several other professional organizations.  An experienced speaker and coach, Heath shares practical insights on talent strategy, retention, and leadership. 

Outside of work, Heath enjoys time with his family, growing tomatoes, eating tacos, and cheering for the Texas Rangers.
