With 20+ years of experience in sales leadership, coaching, team development, and behavioral interview training, Heath partners with CEOs, HR leaders, and business owners to build emotionally intelligent, high-performing teams.

He spent over a decade working with ZERORISK HR, becoming an expert in the ZERORISK profile and the science of axiology. Heath has trained thousands of leaders on how to hire smarter, lead stronger, and retain the best using best practices and validated tools.

His work spans a variety of industries—including construction, tech, education, and government—with clients like MADD, the State of Wisconsin, and Aaron’s Rent-A-Center.

An active member of Fort Worth HR and Dallas HR, Heath is also a speaker and coach, sharing practical insights on talent strategy, retention, and leadership.

When he’s not working, Heath enjoys time with his family, growing tomatoes, eating tacos and cheering for the Texas Rangers.
