He spent over a decade working with ZERORISK HR, becoming an expert in the ZERORISK profile and the science of axiology. Heath has trained thousands of leaders on how to hire smarter, lead stronger, and retain the best using best practices and validated tools.

His work spans a variety of industries—including construction, tech, education, and government—with clients such as MADD, the State of Wisconsin, and Aaron’s Rent-A-Center.
